SHEEP handled course questions, enrollment, and support through Messenger and face-to-face conversations. Every conversation ended up mixed together. Staff had to search old threads for enrollees, repeat the same guidance, and work out who still needed a follow-up.

A clear path for both sides

I designed and built a dedicated system for the whole process. Prospective trainees can understand each program, choose a schedule, and complete a guided enrollment request. SHEEP's staff get an app-like workspace for reviewing enrollees and managing the work without digging through Messenger.

SHEEP has trained more than 400 people and delivered training for three schools and companies. The new system gives that work a proper home, with fewer steps for applicants and less manual searching for staff.
